A fifty-four unit, five-story building with all affordable units is proposed in the vacant lot adjacent to the historic church. The design of this structure embraces the demographics and history of the surrounding community. Using dynamic color and the diffusion of light through the layering of brick and glass, inspiration comes from architectural masters of the past.
